Our Mission
I began my career in Community Services as a youth support worker, providing assistance to young individuals with complex and challenging behaviors in residential care. Later, I transitioned to a community justice program, where I continued to support adults facing similar challenges within residential care settings. Over time, I moved in

Over time, I moved into various management roles within this framework.
It was during this period that I came to understand how the traumas and experiences of youth often carried into adulthood, manifesting as struggles with alcohol and drug addictions as a means of coping with past pain.
With the implementation of the NDIS, I transitioned into Support Coordination. In this role, I found a way to assist, connect, and support complex and challenging participants who are often overlooked by traditional services. My goal is to help them access the right services tailored to their needs, with the hope of enabling them to live a life of fulfillment and purpose.
